With our new updated, in-house machine, we offer a waterjet cutting service where we can offer routinely cut precision parts with tolerances as close as 0.20mm (and better when required). Aside from our own manufacturing needs, we work with some of the Island’s larger manufacturers on regular production runs and projects.
There are many advantages to water jet cutting. As opposed to flame, plasma and laser cutting, water jet cutting produces no heat, therefore you are able to cut various metals, composites and other materials without melting, distorting or warping.
