Customer requirement:

To provide a multi-purpose, discreet public order vehicle for the Danish Police force.

Process:

• Standard van delivered to ASL
• Tool making unertaken in-house
• Panels designed and drawn up using CAD
• Van externally clad with ARC
• Ballistic windows bonded into place
• Legion Aramid spall liners
• GRP inner lining

ARC panels are consolidated with fire retarant resin to protect against fire bomb attack. All contact adhesive used has undergone severe testing. Original vehicle trim fit directly onto the ARC panels.
